Parking Information
Free parking is available for Theatre and Dance Production patrons only, one hour before, during, and one hour after our plays and dance performances. You may park in Lot 1 or Lot 25 (Blue Parking) or on the first floor of Parking Garage II (2), all accessible off of Arts Avenue (for a parking lot map, click here ). Please do not park in front of the Living Room Theaters during Theatre and Dance Department plays or dance performances. In the event that a sports event is taking place at the time of your play, please inform the parking attendant that you are not attending the game, but are visiting the Performing Arts complex instead.
If there is a disabled person in your party, it may be advisable to drop him or her off at the entrance to the theatre and then go to park. A shuttle will be available for transport in between the lots and theatres, but there may be a short waiting time in which you will have to stand.
Dress code
Since we are a teaching theatre, we like to encourage our audiences that the Theatre is an intellectual and cultural experience. However, there is no official dress code. It would be advisable to wear something comfortable for sitting in for a while, as well a sweater, since the Theatre space can be hot or cold depending on several uncontrollable variables, such as the number of people in attendance, and the lights which go on and off at different points in the play.
